Our Stenby goats’ cheese is a soft cheese with a mild flavour and smooth texture.

Gold Medal for cheese

We are very proud of this cheese and it has won Gold at the Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show (part of the Ekka).

On the outside, the cheese has a salty flavour due to the sea salt that we use to preserve the cheese. The closer to the centre you get the sweeter the cheese becomes.

Stenby is a great replacement for feta, ricotta, cream cheese and quark.

One of our favourite ways to east Stenby is to cut a slice off, then drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil over it. Then add some cracked pepper on top and a wedge of tomato to the side. It is delicious. The only problem is that you eat it too fast.

Shelf life: 16 days.

Due to the short shelf life, this cheese is made to order. The cut-off time for orders is Monday 10am.

All orders made before the cut-off will be shipped on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday or Friday. All cheese will be shipped in a foam esky with ice packs.
